Technology
Like higher education, technology is forever changing and advancing in the ways it supports those who interact with it. It is important to remain adaptable as this is a critical component to student success both inside and outside of the classroom. The following sections show evidence of the skills I have gained that align with the TECH competencies.

Organization Training
The student organization leader training is a canvas page that was created for student org leaders to get reconnected to the SILC. The modules focus on the basics of beINvolved, finances, and events. Student leaders can complete this as the second part of the registration process if they are creating a new organization. This is a application that I learned in my position as I check students completion of the modules.
New Organization Spreadsheet
The new organization spreadsheet shows how I organize the organizations that are going through the registration process. Every color represents the progress of completion with the organization. I had spent a lot of time to understand Microsoft Excel to maximize the application.
New Organization Initial Meeting
This is the presentation that I give to each student organization that is starting the registration process. I explain during the initial meeting the policies and guidelines that I follow when reviewing their application. The presentation guides the conversation, and I have built in points to ask the students questions to better understand their organization. This helps me connect to students that I am meeting for the first time, and so they have a good understanding of the policies that I follow in my role.
Foundational Outcomes | Description |
